Admin Dashboard Tour

See below for a brief description of each highlighted section:

  1. If you are a multisite admin (have access to more than one site for your company), you can toggle between your different sites here. The site name that appears here is the site that you are viewing or, making changes to. This dropdown will only be visible if you have access to more than one site.
  2. This is where an Emergency Event can be started or viewed (if there is one in the process). More information on this can be found in the Emergency Event section. This button will only be visible if this feature is enabled for you.
  3. This is where you can open and view the same sign-in/sign-out process that a user sees on an iPad kiosk.
  4. This is where you can open the QR Code that can be downloaded and used by your staff and visitors as a contactless sign-in option. The QR Code can be scanned with a user's smartphone camera to open and complete the sign-in/out process. We recommend that the QR code be used on a poster created by you/your marketing team with your branding, imaging and instructions on signing in/out.
  5. As your different users (Staff, Visitors, Contractors, etc) sign in to your site they will appear in this section. A sign-out button will also appear alongside their name that you can click to sign a user out if needed.
  6. This section is only utilised if/when you are using our full contractor management system and the geofence sign-in feature. This is covered in more detail in the contractor section.
  7. This is where you can view both current and past sign-in records. You need to switch tabs depending on the user type that you are wanting to view.
  8. You can use this search box to find a specific user's sign-in record and details. You do need to switch tabs depending on the user type that you are wanting to view.
  9. By clicking this ‘Details’ button you can view all details relevant to a specific sign-in record for an individual including sign-in question responses, sign-in screens viewed and acknowledged including hazards communicated.
