View recent and active sign-in activity, manually sign out users and start emergency events all through the dashboard.
The Dashboard is a useful tool to get an overview of who is currently signed into your site
The admin Dashboard will only be accessible to users whose User Level is a System Admin or Concierge. Contractor Business Admins will NOT be presented with this screen. Please click here to get an overview of different user types in SecurePass.
How to get there.
As a System Administrator or Concierge user within SecurePass, the dashboard screen will be the first page once you successfully log in to SecurePass on your desktop or mobile device via the internet.
Log into Secure Pass Here. This will take you to the dashboard.
Dropdown Box
The name of the site that you are currently viewing or making changes to is located at the top left-hand side of your screen.
If you are a multi-site admin, you can manage more than one site for your company. To change the site you are managing, simply click on the site name, and a dropdown menu will appear. If the site name is greyed out, you can only access the site you are currently logged into.
Emergency Event
Underneath the Dropdown Box and highlighted in Orange, you will see the Emergency Events button; this is where an Emergency Event can be started or viewed (if there is one in the process)
- Additional Information about the Emergency Event Feature can be found here.
System Admins can only trigger emergency events on the SecurePass Dashboard Page.
Recent Sign-In Activity
The recent sign-in activity box will display the different types of users (Staff, Visitors, Contractors, etc.) currently signed into your site. A sign-out button will also appear alongside their name, which you can click to sign a user out if needed.
- Green represents Visitors
- Blue represents Staff
Sign in/Out Visitors, Staff, and Contractors.
You can view current and past sign-in records underneath your recent sign-in activity box, along with the user's name, date in and date out.
A number will be displayed next to the user type of CURRENTLY signed-in users. If no number is shown, no one from that user type is currently signed in.
Search Box
To the right of current/past sign-in records, you can use the search box to find a user’s sign-in records and details. You need to switch tabs depending on the user type you want to view.
Details.
By clicking on the “Details” button, you can view all details relevant to a specific sign-in record for an individual, including sign-in question responses, sign-in screens viewed and acknowledged, and hazards communicated and assets assigned.
HealthSafe SupportBot
Located at the bottom right-hand corner of the dashboard, you will have access to the HealthSafe SupportBot. This will give you quick access to our support portal and form to submit a support ticket.
The HealthSafe SupportBot is a helpful way to create support tickets and view help centre articles.
Recent Contractor Locations if using geo-fence for sign-in/out.
This section is only utilised if/when using our complete contractor management system and the geofence sign-in feature. Additional information about this feature can be found here.
Open Signin/Signout Screen
The Signin/Signout Screen lets you view the sign-in/sign-out process that a user sees on an iPad kiosk. Users can sign in through this screen if your kiosk temporarily becomes unavailable.
This screen is helpful as you can view any recent changes that have been made to your sign-in steps.
Open QR codes for Staff/visitors and Contractors.
This is where you can open the Site sign-in QR Code for either Staff/Visitors or Contractors. As a contactless sign-in alternative to your physical kiosk, users will simply need to scan the QR code with their smartphone camera to open and complete the sign-in/sign-out process.
The number of QR codes you can use is unlimited, and they can be placed at multiple entrances and exits for easy access. We recommend that the QR code be created as a poster with your branding, imaging, and instructions on signing in/out. Be sure to label the QR code correctly for each type of user.
This feature can be turned on or off whenever it suits you; please contact support@healthsafe.co to discuss further.
