Printer Issue

To check if the printer is connected to the iPad, please follow the steps below:

1) Swiftly tap the top middle area of the iPad screen three times with your finger to access the Bluetooth Printer feature.

2) Once performed, the following Bluetooth configuration box will appear on the iPad screen where the printer can be connected if it is disconnected.

3) Admin can find a printer if there is no printer connected to the iPad and then connect it to the iPad. The following box will appear when a printer is to be connected with the iPad device.

If the above process was unsuccessful, please follow these steps:

1) Contact the HealthSafe Support Team via email at support@healthsafe.co.nz or via phone at 0800 357 242 (from within New Zealand) or +64 800 357 242 (from outside New Zealand) and request a QR Code to remove Kiosk Mode from the iPad. The QR Code will be sent to your mobile phone (if we have your number) or to your email address. If the QR Code is sent to your email address, please print this off and take it to the camera.

2) Once you have received the QR Code, please swiftly tap the top middle area of the iPad screen three times with your finger to access the Kiosk Mode feature.

3) Press the Disable button which will open the camera and then show the QR Code to the camera.

4) Once the Kiosk mode is removed, check if the iPad Bluetooth setting is turned on through the iPad settings.
