Opening the SecurePass™ Signin Page

 

1. When turning on the iPad, it needs to be disabled from Kiosk Mode if it is in Kiosk Mode. In order to disable the restricted Kiosk Mode, the Admin needs to contact the HealthSafe Support team via live chat, email at support@healthsafe.co.nz or alternatively by phoning us on 0800 357 242 (from within New Zealand) or +64 27 2262 7004 (from outside New Zealand).

2. Once step 1 is completed, click on the SecurePass™ icon on the home screen to launch the SecurePass™ system.

3. Once SecurePass is opened, one of two things will occur; 

(i) Your company’s home page will appear where no username or password is required to be entered (Please skip to step 6).

  (ii) Your company’s home page will appear requesting a username and password.

4. If option (ii) appears, swiftly tap the top left area of the iPad screen two times with your finger.

5. The following Settings information box will appear when the iPad is not in restricted Kiosk Mode. You will then be asked to enter the username, password and location to log in. This screen will then show you all the names of the connected printers associated with this device.

6. Admin then need to lock down the iPad device into a restricted mode which helps to ensure that your Visitors, Contractors and Staff minimise the chances of accidentally changing the settings or screen of the iPad device. Swiftly tap the top middle area of the iPad screen three times with your finger to access the Kiosk settings.

7. Once performed, the following Kiosk mode configuration box will appear on the iPad screen where the company Admin can simply choose to enable a restricted Kiosk mode by clicking on the Enable button.
