Managing your SecurePass notifications

SecurePass offers both SMS* and email notifications. For SMS notifications we offer a ‘Communicate’ package whereby you can prepurchase SMS bundles. Standard SMS charges apply if your company has not purchased a ‘Communicate’ package. 


Any of your SecurePass system admins can manage notifications for their own profile and also your other system admins, staff and contractors. 


To do this, go to the profile that you want to change the notification settings for and click ‘Manage notifications’ alongside the profile as shown below:


For system admins, contractor business admins and integrator user types:

For contractor businesses:


Likewise, the switch in the Notification column can also be turned off so that no notifications are sent to that user anymore.
