This is essential for ensuring that all contractor employees receive the necessary induction materials before accessing the site. Sending the induction link via text allows employees to complete their required onboarding steps, ensuring compliance and safety on-site. This also helps keep records accurate and up-to-date in SecurePass.
To do so:
- For multi-site clients, select the respective site.
- Click on the People menu, then select Contractor from the submenu.
- Find the respective contractor business, and click the Edit button.
- Go to the Employee tab.
- For the relevant contractor employee, click Resend Induction Code.
