Invite a Contractor Business Admin in SecurePass

For Contractor Business Admins

As a Contractor Business Admin for your organization, if you have a direct contact at the Client company, kindly reach out to them for a Contractor Admin user creation request, as only they have the authority to do so.

For Client Site Admins

Contractor Business Admins are invited to join SecurePass via an email invitation initiated by a Client Site Admin and must set up their own user information.

Here's are the general steps on how to invite a Contractor Business Admin in SecurePass:

1. Log In to SecurePass:
   • Go to the SecurePass Admin portal: https://login.securepass.co.nz/login/ 
   • Enter your administrator credentials and log in.
2. Navigate to the System Users Page:
   • From the homepage dashboard, go to People menu > System Users. 

• • Click on the ‘Invite Admin’ button.
  • Enter the admin’s required information:
    1. Admin Type - Contractor Business Admin
    2. Contractor Business - The exact contractor admin’s contractor business
    3. Email - The exact contractor admin’s email address
  • Review the information and click on the ‘Send Invite’ button.
  • The system will automatically send an invitation email to the new admin containing a link with instructions on how to complete their account setup.

What Notifications the Contractor Business Admin will

Once the Contractor Business Admin has been invited to manage their business within SecurePass. They will receive an email invitation. 

This email will included 

• The name of the Contractor Business 
• The name of the site, the Contractor Business is associated with  
• The name of the person who has sent out this invite. 
• A link to complete the set up process.
