If a user forgets their password, they can reset this by clicking the ‘Forgotten Password?’ button on the login page. The user will need to enter their username and mobile number associated with their SecurePass profile and have a verification code sent via SMS for the user to enter before being able to reset their password.
If a user does not know their username, any of your SecurePass admins can log in to SecurePass to view their user profile and advise them of their username to assist them with resetting their password.
