Explore the Sign in Settings menu

Each of these items is site-specific and only relates to the site that you are viewing at the time.


Branding & Sign-In Steps 

This is where you go to edit the appearance of the main screen on your iPad kiosk (if applicable) and manage and edit your sign-in step content. 

Sign-in Questions 

This is where you go to add, edit and manage your sign-in questions (if in use) and your notification and escalation requirements for these. 

Evacuation Diagram 

This is where you add your evacuation diagram for the site which will appear during the sign-in process. 

Induction Files & Questions 

If you are using our full contractor management system you have the option to have your induction requirements managed via SecurePass and this is where you can set these requirements up and manage them moving forward. If you do not see this and require this option as part of your contractor management license, you can request this by submitting a support ticket here.


Hazard Register 

This is where you add your site-specific hazards that will appear for users to acknowledge and accept during the sign-in process.
