To ensure your printer is correctly configured, please follow these steps:
- Access the printer's settings menu.
- Navigate to 'Template Settings', then 'Template Mode'. Here, switch it to 'OFF'.
- Go to the 'Bluetooth' settings. First, ensure Bluetooth is enabled by setting it to 'ON'.
- Within the Bluetooth settings, find 'Automatic Reconnection' and activate it by selecting 'ON'.
These steps will optimize your printer's functionality for seamless use.
- Charge it fully using the provided cable.

Once the printer is configured correctly, the display screens should appear as shown below. It's important to note that the Bluetooth icon located at the top right corner will be blinking. This indicates that the Bluetooth connection is not yet established.
4. Printer and Tablet Pairing
- Turn on the printer and Android tablet.
- Go to the tablet's Bluetooth settings.
- Find and select the printer to pair.
- Once paired, confirm the connection in the app.
5. To connect the SecurePass Kiosk to the paired printer:
- Initiate the connection process.
- To access the admin screen, tap three times on the top left corner of the screen, specifically on the HealthSafe logo.
- This action will prompt a password pop-up for admin screen access.
6. Auto-Login Configuration
- In the app settings, enable "Auto-Login" for quicker access.
7. Screen Brightness and Admin Backlight
- Adjust the tablet's screen brightness to ensure it's easily readable in various lighting conditions.
- Enable "Admin Backlight" feature for improved QR code scanning in low light.
8. Troubleshooting Tips
- If the printer doesn't print: Check the connection, ensure it's fully charged, and that it has paper.
- If the printer isn't visible: Restart both devices and attempt re-pairing.
