The Contractor and Tenant Contractor Activity History can be accessed by clicking on People followed by Contractors or Tenant Contractors from the Admin Navigation Menu. A list of Contractor Businesses will appear and the grey Activity History button can be clicked to the right hand side of any Contracting business.
When Activity History has been clicked, three tabs will appear for Activity History, Activity Reports and Location History.
A detailed history of the Contractors’ activity to date will be shown with information recorded including the Contractor Company Name, Contractor Name, Staff Visited, Key(s) Provided, Contractor Sign In Date, Contractor Sign Out Date and total time spent in the premises.
The Signed in by Geo Fence tab lists the Date, Time, Contractor Company Name and Contractor Mobile Number of Contractors who signed into the premises through the SecurePass Geo fence feature.
The Contractor Activity Reports tab shows a Total Hours per Date graph which provides a quick and easy overview of Contractor activities over the Admins’ preferred time period.
The Contractor Location Activity tab shows the Contractors’ sign in location(s) on the map along with their sign in time(s).
