How to set up an 'allowed' list for email notifications:


In some instances, allowing the HealthSafe and SecurePass domains are necessary to ensure the successful delivery of email notifications.


Please ensure that the following domains and IP’s are allowed on your corporate firewall, spam filters, or email delivery platform:

  • healthsafe.co.nz
  • hssecurepass.com
  • securepass.co.nz
